Please read terms and conditions CAREFULLY. This document will serve as a commission contract. If you have ANY questions about pricing, commission details, etc, please let me know.
Terms and Conditions
-Please provide a detailed description for your commission, even if it is a simple idea. Please describe your intentions for this piece as well,
(do you want to use this piece for, Personal projects, Commercial projects, art for your bestie?, etc.)-Include all the references and character descriptions you think will be important
(Weapons, unique character details , personalities, etc.) In the email. (there will be a fee applied if there are no visual references, and I need to design the characters based on a written description only)-All payments will be made IN FULL before I start the commission.
(More details in Commission Workflow)-I reserve the right to refuse and refund any commission I do not see fit to finish.
(Refund will be given proportionally to piece completion, Example: Halfway done, You get Half refund)-Refunds will only be issued if I can’t finish a project for whatever reason
(Illness, tragedy ,etc.)-All commissions are for PERSONAL USE, UNLESS otherwise specified. do not reproduce or sell work. This includes work for a Brand, or NFT related work.
(Uploading to your social media is fine, Credit me as the artist.)-If you want to own the rights to the work, then standard commission rates will no longer apply and we will discuss pricing based on the project.-I reserve the rights to the final piece , unless directly specified.

I will only work on 1 to 3 things MAX at a time.
-Initial email is sent by client, This is where you would include any references, details about your characters, background information, specify which style i’m drawing in (manga, semi realism, chibi etc. BE AS SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE. I will evaluate the prompt and give you a final Price.-If the client accepts, then Payment will be sent through paypal, you will be given a commission slot. Taxes and paypal fees are the client’s responsibility
(I will let you know where you are on the list, and give you an estimated completion date, GIVE ME TIME, if you’re in a rush there WILL be a fee for it.)-Paypal payment will only be accepted from me AFTER I start your piece.-When I get to your piece i will send you a rough sketch batch (and flat colors if there is color specifics involved) If you do not like the initial batch i will make ONE more,
(BE SPECIFIC IN THE INITIAL REQUEST)-Two small revisions are included in the price of the commission, (Small revisions being eye color, small details i missed in sketch, change expression, etc.) No more revisions will be accepted past this point.-There is a 3 day window for you to approve the rough sketch I send, if you do not respond I will continue the piece WITHOUT revisions. please double check spam folder if you do not see a response from me after a few days-Allow up to 3-5 weeks from the approval of the rough sketch for the completed piece.-Final Piece will be sent via EMAIL, or Print, unless otherwise specified.

All payments are processed through paypal/KO-FI, [email protected] ,
Tax and paypal fees are the commissioner’s responsibility.
Pricing
All prices are in USD,
(These are standard rates, But I will give you a quote based on your project) Please review them carefully. I will also give you an estimate according to your request. (If the commission sheet prices update, you will still only be charged for what we agreed upon initial request)If the commission is for a brand or anything that falls outside of "Personal use" then we will discuss rates and standard commission prices will not apply.
